Vacancy 5607 - Multi-lingual Telemarketers and Researcher

Job description: Required for an educational IT company. Will involve establishing contact with European educational establishments, introducing company's services and qualifying interest.
Person specification: Should be proficient in English and at least one other European language, particularly interested in Spanish and Turkish speakers, but other languages will be considered. You should have a good telephone manner, ability to carry out desk-based online market research, and willingness to carry out cold calls. Previous customer service experience desirable but not essential. Would be ideal for International or Modern Languages student
Length of contract: Ongoing
Start date: Immediate
Hours of work: Negotiable but probably about 10 hours per week
Rate of pay: £7 per hour plus commission

Job description: Working for a customer contact centre based on Newcastle's Quayside.  Candidates will be required to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills with previous employment history in customer service essential. It is important the successful candidates can demonstrate a working knowledge of what excellent customer service is, preferably in the contact centre or telephone based environment.
Person specification: You should be Adaptable and Flexible with previous Customer Service experience essential.  Previous contact Centre or telephone based experience preferred. You should be a motivated and genuinely friendly person.

Person specification: They want people who are bilingual (speaking English and German) and have a good telephone manner.  Previous experience in customer service environment would be preferable but not essential.

Vacancy 5054 -  Telemarketing Executives 

Job description:  An IT based telemarketing company in Sunderland is urgently seeking telemarketers to generate high quality sales leads.  This job will entail outbound cold calling to Senior and Middle management promoting clients' IT and technology solutions for their business.  You will be using Microsoft Access and probably another contact management system for data input and will have possible involvement in other areas of the business as required.
Person specification: You must hold or be pursuing a degree related to the fields of law, medicine, business, marketing or IT.  You should be hardworking, have a professional outlook, be articulate on the phone, have good typing skills and speed, be confident and outgoing, and not be phased by calling Directors and similar management personnel in a variety of large UK businesses.  Previous sales and telemarketing experience (not retail) can be a bonus. You should have a good level of both spoken and written English and can also work to targets.
Hours of work: Negotiable - mornings / afternoons up to 20 hours/week, with at least 4hrs at a time per day.  Hours range from 8.30am - 5pm Mon - Thurs
Start date: ASAP  Contract: Temporary/ongoing (depending upon campaign work - may be full-time work available over the summer)
Rate of pay: £7- £10 per hour (will increase depending on ability & success)

Vacancy 4989 - Telemarketers

Job description: A marketing company requires staff to fulfil various telemarketing roles, with new opportunities every week.  This will not be 'hard-selling', and most campaigns are business-to-business.  Current campaigns include answering enquiries for a local transport company, advertising tasting sessions for local pubs, gaining appointments for local training initiatives, preparing and sending direct mail and discussing learning options with people wanting to change careers.
Person specification: Applicants must be confident with an outgoing personality and have a good grasp of the English language both verbally and with regard to written skills.  They must be smart in appearance and have a professional attitude to work.  Basic Microsoft Office skills are required and an excellent telephone manner is essential.  Previous experience is desirable but full training will be provided.
Hours of work: 6-15 hours per week
Start date: July 2008 onwards  Contract: Ongoing
Rate of pay: £6.06/hour (this includes holiday pay)
