Shops and Cafes 

Here at the Union Society, we try to provide all the services students need right here on our campus. The Union runs the only Newsagent and Shop on campus to save you venturing into town between lectures. The Print Shop will take care of all your copying, bindery and design needs. We even have a Post Office. 

When it comes to food, we've got you covered. The newly revamped Global Cafe offers a massive range of international, home made, fair trade and organic dishes; you'll never get bored with this menu!

In a hurry? Don't compromise on quality! Check out the deli-style, made-to-order sandwiches in the Cochrane Lounge on the ground floor.

Most exciting of all is the funky Rijos Juice Bar on the the ground floor.... just follow the irresistable smell the mouthwatering freshly squeezed orange juice, rich coffee and freshly blended smoothies! Also check out Stone Willy`s Legendary Pizza`s and hot wraps new for September 2008.

A little known fact is that the Union also operates Campus Coffee, the coffee shop at the front entrance to the University when you're coming from town. Consistently popular with students and lecturers alike, rest assured that your hot drink at Campus Coffee is 100% fair trade and 100% delicious!

We also pride ourselves on being ethical types here at the Union. Thats why the Union secured its status as a Fairtrade Organisation last year.  

As well as our internal outlets, the Union Society also operates it's own catering service, Union Choice Catering, which can create and deliver tailor made catering packages for every occasion. From working lunches to party buffets, Union Choice can make your event extra special...
