Brief Description of Society ActivitiesA social and sports society for anyone looking for a good time! The Agrics are one of the oldest societies at the university and are very active with socials every week and numerous events throughout the year. Loosely tied to the School of Agriculture, Food and Rural Studies but not exclusively we have members from throughout the university. A great place to make loads of new friends. |

Meeting Days, Times and Venues
Monday night is Agric Night!!!!! meet in the Agric Bar (Global, top floor of the Union) every monday from 7pm for socials.
Two rugby teams play on a wednesday in the intramural league
Two Netball Teams Play every Saturday in the intramural leagues
Mixed Agric Hockey is every other sunday, played in the intramural league
Sports night is a wednesday night after rugby

Arcane: Pirates Sat 6th December
10pm - 5am Union Society (All Rooms) ; Arcane : 6 rooms of fun...and you! This tri-annual mega end of term blow-out is one of the North East's biggest dance nights, featuring six (yes, six!) rooms full of top class music for you to blow out the end of your term in style! This term's theme will be 'Pirate Theme', and the line up of Electro, Breakbeat, Disco, D n B, Dub Step Techno, Reggae, Psytrance, Retro and Rock n Roll Mainstage Basement: Kosheen (Live Dj Set, VeRT comm) Dave Spoon (Radio 1, Universal/Toolroom ) T C Moncton, Drum & Bass Room:Basement 2, Techno Room:Green Room, Unite Room:Mens Bar, The Monster Cheliha Room: Hours of monster madness with live bands and psychedelic dancing nonsense.
