Newcastle University Graduation Ball 2008

Starter – Tartlet of sweet peppers and cherry tomatoes topped with Ricotta Cheese on herb salad

Main – Roast Beef with Yorkshire pudding, horseradish mash and pan gravy

Vegetarian main – Leek and Potato Bake topped with spring onion and cheddar gratin

Dessert – Forrest fruit cheesecake.
