Clubs & Society Registration

Registration for all AU clubs and societies starts from September. The whole process (including payment) can now be completed online, removing the need for students coming into the Union to pay their fees.

Please complete the online membership form with your personal details.

You won't be able to pay for membership unless you have done this. Access to the membership form is activated only by use of your personal computer log-in. Membership is only open to Students of Newcastle University.

Having submitted your personal details you should then select your memberships from the Club/Society List - click on the 'join' button beside the relevant club or society.

Proceed to the 'online payments' page and submit your credit/debit card details and proceed with your payment.

On completion of payment you will receive an e-mail confirmation, of which Club/Societies you have joined and what the total cost has been. Please print a copy of this e-mail and take it to your chosen Club or Societies, first training session or meeting, as proof of membership.

Please note that a one off fee of £3.00 will be added for insurance and administration costs.
